INDONESIAN CONSTITUTIONAL COURT PROCEDURAL LAW

Constitutional law is the material law of the state governance. If matters occur within the scope of constitutional law such as the review of laws against the constitution, disputes over the powers of state bodies, and disputes over the scope of other constitutional courts, these matters must be brought to the Constitutional Court for examination and a decision. In the running of the material law enforcement in Constitutional Court, there must a procedural law. Thus, Constitutional Court Procedural Law was established to be the rules of the series steps of to settle those disputes.
